Filling machine for packaging chips from e.g. cornstarch or paper

The Flipsmaster or Papermaster is a fully automatic filling device for packaging chips, which can either be integrated with corn starch or paper as a stand-alone solution or integrated into your automation process. An additional infrastructure is not necessary. Both machines can be individually configured to suit your needs, either with one or two lanes filling the incoming shipping boxes with the required amount of cushioning material for optimum transport protection. All boxes are monitored during the filling process by 3D laser scanners. This means that incorrect filled boxes can be automatically sorted out and added to the process again.

Filling device for packaging chips - fast and environmentally friendly

The simplest way of efficiently protecting your products for shipping is to fill the shipping boxes with packaging chips. Classic filling devices guarantee quick securing with loose filling material and can be used flexibly while at the same time ensuring smooth processes. The Flipsmaster and Papermaster set these workflows to a new, fully automatic level and increase the workflow processes for both small and large shipping quantities many times over.

In contrast to manual filling from bags, the Flipsmaster and Papermaster pack fully automatically and can be integrated directly into a work process connected via conveyor belts and, for example, placed in front of a carton sealing machine. In contrast to the Flipsmaster, which works with conventional packaging chips made from corn starch, the Papermaster produces the packaging chips from paper in an environmentally friendly way - clean and dust-free. All you have to do is change the paper rolls every now and then. The space-consuming storage of packaging chips is thus superfluous.
